Dr. Leavitt is Board Certified in Family Medicine and has specialized training in hypertension, diabetes and high cholesterol.

At Leavitt Family Medicine, you will always see your own doctor. Same day appointments are available for urgent issues and evening and weekend hours are available as needed. Walk-in visits are always available for sick visits.

We know that illnesses and accidents never sleep. If you are seeking medical consultation after hours (on weekends, holidays or after hours) our practice has an answering service with continual coverage, 24 hours per day, seven days per week, who will relay your message to the physician on call.
